you need to check the license on each video to see if it has a “Videvo Standard License” or a “Creative Commons 3.0 License.” The former allows use any commercial project without credit, but the latter requires credit be given to artist and additional steps taken.

All clips are free for general commercial use, however the site’s terms have an odd clause that says “if the material is free of charge(free to download without payment) you will need to credit the author somewhere.” We’re not sure how to interpret that, otherwise the variety is great.
